DINGMAN PROJECT
The Dingman property is located on the boundary between Madoc and Marmora Townships in Hastings County, southeastern Ontario, approximately 175 km northeast of Toronto, Ontario, and 55 km north of Belleville, Ontario.
Gold mineralization on the Dingman property occurs as a hydrothermal quartz-carbonate vein gold system. This type of gold deposit consists of simple to complex quartz-carbonate vein systems associated with shear zones and folds in deformed and metamorphosed volcanic, sedimentary, and granitoid rocks. Gold occurs in veins or as disseminations in adjacent altered wall rocks.

FREMONT GOLD PROJECT
The California Mother Lode Gold Belt – one of the most prolific gold belts in the world – is estimated to have produced 50 million oz of gold throughout history. Its famed mineral deposits attracted interest and investments to the region since the Gold Rush of the 1840s.
The Fremont Project consists of 100% owned 3,351 acres of land within the Gold Belt. It contains a rich deposit at the Pine-Tree Josephine Zone, which extends 800m and is open at strike and at depth, as well as five additional mineralized deposit zones.
